Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
  1. Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. With all original tags and packaging intact
  3. Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear or undergarments
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose:
  1. Another product of equal value
  2. Store credit for future purchases

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team with your order number or product code.
  • Share clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.

Road Delivery for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may need to bear return road delivery costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Exchange delivery timelines may vary depending on location within Nepal.
